1/2 - 1hr sketches of children in pastel | Portrait Sketches These sketches are done in one sitting in less than an hour. Children from six years old upwards love posing for them (although 3 yrs olds have been known to pose enthusiastically!) Usually done as preliminary sketches / colour notes for more finished portraits, they can also be regarded as 'stand alone' fun sketches, where the children can really enjoy taking turns to be sketched, with no pressure to keep still for long.
